Form W9 is required for all vendors doing business with Shenandoah County Public Schools.

Direct deposit

Employees are paid by direct deposit.  Employees who wish to change their instructions regarding their direct deposit must submit the attached form to the Department for Finance by the 15th of the month to be effective for that month's payroll.
