Invitation for Bids:

Shenandoah County Public School is accepting bids for milk and/or ice cream products until July 30, 2015, at 12:00 noon local time. No late bids will be accepted. The bid proposal form at the end of the IFB document must be used to submit bids. Vendors may choose to bid on milk or ice cream or both. A separate response sheet is required for ice cream and milk. Vendors may return both bids together in the same sealed envelope. All firms submitting bids to supply ice cream and/or milk products shall attach to bid sheet a nutrient analysis statement from the manufacturer of the product for each item. The analysis shall be per serving. The attached anti-collusion documents must be completed and included for the bid to be considered a valid bid. Shenandoah County Public Schools is seeking quotes for copier paper. Two quote forms are listed below, one for recycled paper, one for regular paper.   Quotes should be returned to Cynthia F. Page by noon on  Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
