This Employee Handbook contains policies, regulations, and procedures of the Shenandoah County School Board that have been paraphrased for use by employees. This is an abbreviated version of the Policy Manual to include topics that directly relate to employees.

Employees who need additional information or more detail about specific policies should refer to the Shenandoah County Public Schools’ Policy Manual, available in the school library and online at      This Personnel Handbook is intended as a summary only.
