iTeach Alternative Licensure Support

The iTeach Alternative Licensure Support Program assists employees pursuing teacher licensure through the iTeach alternative certification pathway.

Approved participants may receive up to $3,000 in financial support, distributed in two payments: $1,500 upon successful completion of approximately 50% of program requirements and $1,500 upon program completion. Participants must complete verification requirements at each milestone and fulfill a three-year employment commitment with Shenandoah County Public Schools following program completion.

This program is designed to recruit, develop, and retain highly effective educators while supporting employees as they transition into the teaching profession through an approved alternative licensure pathway.
